OC Question

So, today my friend asked me about my OC Tim. She said, why does he always have an open collar or his chest/neck exposed so I answered her and thought I'd share with you what the answer was.

Then just send a note with the question and I'll gladly try to answer it with a drawing. This will be good for me to get some anatomy and just all over drawing practice in. Drawings will be done in either traditional or digital formats.
